Thomas Joseph Lulkovich 1942 – 2020

Tom Lulkovich 2017

Thomas Joseph Lulkovich, was born in Sewickly, Pennsylvania on June 11, 1942 and passed away on December 22, 2020 to join his sisters and bothers-in-law in heaven in celebration of a life well-lived.  He attended Ambridge High School then proudly served his country in the US Navy.  Following military service, he worked in the computer industry, then became a Realtor where he was still active.  An avid golfer, Tom finally got his dream job volunteering as a Ranger at Las Sendas Golf Course in the winter and Bison Ranch Golf Course in the summers.  Life was good!

He brightened the lives of those around him with infectious laughter and zest for life.  Covid-19 stole his dreams and cheated the family and friends who survive him.  What it could not do is extinguish his joy for life and the legacy of generously giving of his time and talent to anyone who needed it.  He was very proud of being “handy” and excelled in gardening, landscaping, home improvement and generally anything he set as a goal.

He took fashion cues from his granddaughters who always made sure their Pup-Pup was in style and fashionable.  Being tall and handsome made that task pretty easy.  And, he could have tossed that ball for days to his grandsons.  He was a good example and left deep footprints in the sand for his grandchildren to follow.  He will be forever the absolute GOAT (greatest of all time) of the family!

No plans will be made for a memorial service to celebrate his life until it is safe to do so.  Please continue to follow the Covid-19 safety protocol.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Encanterra Veterans Club. The Club supports the Arizona Veterans Home.  Donations can be made to:  veteransclubatencanterra.com
