Pursuant to Article V, Section 1 of the Bylaws of White Mountain Vacation Village Recreational Subdivision Association, the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held as follows:

DATE:            Wednesday September 16, 2020

CHECK-IN:   1:00 p.m.

MEETING:    1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

PURPOSE:    Informational

  • All attendees must wear a non-surgical or cloth face covering that completely covers the nose and mouth

  1. Liz, we have 2 dryer in the laundry room that have been out of commission for over 2 weeks and now a 3rd one just broke. What is taking so long for the repairs. Thanks, Carol


    1. We are still trying to find someone to repair the dryers. Companies are going out of business right and left. The one we finally found came out, took a look and said they don’t repair coin operated. We hope to have someone next week. So sorry for this.


  2. Mountains Best has been trying to find someone who will come out and repair them. Someone should be there early next week. Sorry for the inconvenience.


  3. Happy as a newbie to finally know about this site. I think we have a lack of info for new owners to be informed of meetings and info of what’s going on. Luckily my friend neighbors keep me informed!


  4. I would like to attend but I live in Phoenix during the week. Will there be an option to call in? We just purchased lot 85 — closed last Friday. Thank you


  5. Could we please change the direction of traffic on Turtle Creek? I almost got hit by a car when I was in my car exiting Turtle Creek onto Recreation Loop as I couldn’t see around the car parked at the residence on the corner of Turtle Creek and Recreation Loop. This is a dangerous intersection. It is not the fault of the people parked in their drive on that corner but a fault of the (engineer) that changed the flow of traffic!!! Someone is going to have a very bad accident there if they haven’t already. Coralee Landry Resident lot 213 2140 Horseshoe Loop


  6. When the final developer lots close escrow in late September what will be the disposition of the clubhouse lease? Will the homeowners be able to terminate the lease and purchase the building for $1 per the lease agreement?


    1. When the final lots close escrow, the transition plan will move forward. If those lots close escrow between now and March of 2021, the plan posted on the blog in June of 2018 will be implemented in its entirety. The actual transition would take place at the 2021 Annual Meeting. Some of those steps have already happened. There is a Transition Committee lead by Linda Lulkovich and they have been meeting regularly. Please refer to the blog post for further information.
