We have tried to find someone to do the particular maintenance that is being done in June for three years. No one would even give a bid. Several companies promised but never came through. The company we hired is coming to the White Mountains to do many jobs. This is when they could do ours.

The work that will be done in June is a different kind of maintenance. What we contracted for last year was completed.
