Water Line Flush

Image result for water running through a fire hydrant imageThe Village water lines will be flushed this Saturday beginning at 10:00 A.M. and ending sometime around 2:00 or 3:00 P.M.  No one will lose water as a result, but you may experience “cloudy” water during the process. If that should happen, you will need to turn off the water for 15 to 20 minutes and it should clear up. As an alternative, you can try running the water for a short time to clear it up.

Flushing the lines yearly is a necessity and your understanding is greatly appreciated.

  1. Somehow Water Line flushing and voting on speed bumps are mixed together. Neither one of these issues is a “up for voting” issue. I will try to explain as best I can:

WMVV is controlled by our HOA. The HOA is under control of the developer until the last lot is sold. I believe this voting question is one that is NOT up for VOTE. It is covered under the CC&R’s in everyone’s purchase that WMVV is controlled by our HOA until the last lot is sold.

Many questions of a similar nature are often asked. The Board of Directors of the HOA formed an Advisory Committee to interface with the Board so that they may have owners input. If you are interested in having your voice heard and/or make your feelings influence our community direction please step up and volunteer for service on the Advisory Committee. Presently we have 2 openings that need to be filled. We also have need of a Activities Chairman.

I have reviewed this blog and have found that their are several of the same names that keep asking valid questions. This shows a concern that we get things done. I am very happy to discuss one on one or in a group concerns/suggestions that are real. Please contact me at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and we can set up a phone call or conference call and talk.
